How much will it cost?

The cost of any move is primarily determined by how long the move will take and with what resources. No two moves and certainly no two customers are the same and proper investigation should go into each and every job, to properly estimate, resources, time and therefore cost.

What you have, how well prepared you are, the nature of the access and parking, whether we intend to assist with furniture dis/assembly, are just some of the many variables that impact time.

For those willing, capable and cost conscious, we can guide you through all the areas where you can help save time and money. For those not wanting to lift a finger, no problem, we can do it all, it'll just take longer and cost more.

What size truck do i need?

We have a variety of vehicle sizes to suit all sizes of move. In some cases we may bring a combination of vehicles. Whilst the common assumption is to have a very large truck to ensure everything will fit, this can often present challenges with parking and access and the impact on time can be counter productive, compared to an alternative approach.

We investigate every move individually. We try to establish volume, parking situation and pickup and drop off locations accurately and in advance and make a judgement call based on all of this information collectively. Ultimately, with your input, we aim to provide the right resources for each specific move, to achieve the job in the fastest, most efficient manner.

How many Removalists should i book?

What time do you start?

We work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week but typically start the first job of the day between 7-830am, with a specific time preagreed. For later moves in the day, we require a window of at least 2-2.5 hours, although generally arrive at the earlier estimate.

Estimating exact time frames in our industry can be difficult and we do not want to over promise and under deliver, adding unnecessary stress on an already anxious day for many.

For all moves other than the first of the day, we will call with at least one hours notice before we arrive.

We do our best to understand the backstory to every move during the booking process and to establish the level of flexibility with each job and customer.

Often we are required to navigate same day settlements, packers and unpackers and/or cleaners, so we are well versed to cross service coordination.
