What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Pick up and drop off addresses? Quality and quantity of furniture? Information regarding smaller, loose items such as pictures, mirrors, vases, pot plants, miscellaneous that can't fit into a box? Access at both properties? Level of preparation prior to our arrival? Do you intend to pack yourself or use professional packers? Are you using quality removals purpose boxes of consistent shape and size? What quantity do you expect to have? Any garage, garden, shed or storage items? Any items of concern, either large, heavy, awkward or fragile (outside of the norm)? Any furniture requiring dis/assembly, beds cots, change tables, trampolines etc? Any time restrictions or considerations, such as packers or unpackers, cleaners, settlements etc. When do you get access to the new place and when do you need to vacate the old place? What level of involvement do you want in the move? Ultimately the more info the better. No two moves or customers are the same.
